Enzonat Tab is a combination of four medicines: Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside, and Diclofenac. Trypsin and Bromelain are enzymes with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. They reduce pain and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area and promoting healing. Rutoside is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It prevents further swelling and inflammation by neutralizing the chemicals (free radicals) that cause cell damage. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) that prevents the production of chemical substances (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation.

Esocom DSR is a combination of two drugs: Esomeprazole and Domperidone. Esocom DSR is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and stomach ulcers. It may also be indicated in the treatment of nausea, vomiting, fullness of the stomach, belching, heavy bloating, heartburn, acidity, gas, upper abdominal pain, erosive oesophagitis, and swallowing problems. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that blocks an enzyme called gastric proton pump, responsible for acid production. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist which works by increasing the movements and contractions of stomach muscles. Together, Esocom DSR helps in treating acidity-related problems.

Neurosign-NT is used to treat neuropathic pain. Neurosign-NT is a combination of two drugs: Gabapentin and Nortriptyline. Gabapentin belongs to a class of drugs called anti-convulsants, whereas Nortriptyline belongs to tricyclic antidepressants. Gabapentin works by binding to the specific site on voltage-gated calcium channels; this helps in relieving nerve pain and lowers the risk of seizures. On the other hand, Nortriptyline works by preventing the released chemical messenger in the brain (serotonin and noradrenaline) from being reabsorbed back into the nerve cells (neurons) in the brain. As a result, it prolongs the effect of serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain and prevents the movement of pain signals in the brain.

Thisafe-100 Tablet contains ‘Benfotiamine’, which is used to treat and prevent vitamin B1 deficiency. It is a lab-made version of vitamin B1, also called thiamine. Thisafe-100 Tablet is a dietary supplement that improves mental health symptoms in people addicted to alcoholism and pain caused by diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes). Thisafe-100 is used to treat beriberi disease, a condition caused due to prolonged vitamin B1 deficiency. The body turns benfotiamine into Thisafe-100. Thisafe-100 helps in delivering essential nutrients to the nerves. Thisafe-100 Tablet may also improve symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and arthritis. However, there is no scientific evidence to support these uses.

Thisafe-NP Tablet is a combination of three drugs: Methylcobalamin (a form of vitamin B), Nortriptyline (antidepressant), and Pregabalin (anti-convulsant). Thisafe-NP Tablet is indicated for the management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, spinal cord injury, etc. Methylcobalamin aids in producing myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibres and regenerates damaged nerve cells. Nortriptyline works by increasing nerve transmitters (serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain, thereby reducing the pain messages arriving in the brain. Pregabalin reduces pain by interfering with pain messages travelling through the brain and down the spine. Together, Thisafe-NP Tablet helps to treat neuropathic pain.
